Yes, it's unlike regular shampoo; it's thinner..! It's clear..! It's transparent..! It's a complete non-nasty concoction of potent cleansers and vitamins; it's not going to foam as much as a regular shampoo, but don't fall into that trap; the Fluidique Shampoo is a powerhouse of plant-based cleansers to do the job. Pump out sufficient quantities to cover your hair length and scalp. Give it a couple of gentle rubs between the palms. Start working it into the scalp, be gentle, please, and ensure you cover even the hard-to-reach spots. Now, start at the base of the hair, and work the formula up the hair length till the ends. A few gentle scrunches, a dab here and there, and gentle rubs along the length between the palms should do the trick. Be soft on those knots and tangles, and detangle them using your fingers or a wide toothcomb. Wash it off once you're done. Pat dry your hair before you hit the Fluidique Conditioner.
